I've been attempting to use the CBBE Body with Beeing Female because of Beast/Monster Pregnancy but that's never really worked. Any suggestions?

If you use a UNP body, you may end up with a very mild case of 'torpedo belly'; a more 'natural' belly is possible by changing BeeingFemale's belly-scaling option to NiNode instead of skeleton scaling.
