At random times, an NPC will approach and start a conversation with the player in which they will ask the player to help them with the following which should lead to a few situations, all of them should at least have the option to ask for sex in return

1. Financial Aid

a. There should be a debt system put into place here where if the NPC asks for a large sum of gold, you can gradually have them pay off their debt with money or sex anytime you ask them for it

 

b. Similar to Lovers Situations, married NPCs should be able to offer their spouse to the player to resolve their financial troubles, allowing for a cuckoldry style situation

2. Escort to a certain area in Cyrodil

a. You have a random chance of encountering a custom Highwayman or Bandit NPC which should trigger a response similar to Lovers Pay Bandit only you should also be given the option to allow them to have their way with the NPC you're escorting

 

b. You could also lead the NPC into a trap in which you can rob or rape them yourself, there could also be a gangrape situation if you happen to make friends with the right NPCs

3. Killing another NPC

a. Probably should be a custom NPC that respawns or just regular enemies

 

b. If you decide to spare the NPC, you could alert them to the attempt on their life in which they might ask you to help them get revenge on the other NPC, could potentially lead to a gangrape situation here as well

4. Obtaining/Stealing Items

a. The value of the item stolen should lead to different position choices, Low Value: Blowjob, Medium Value: Vaginal Sex, High Value: Anal Sex.
