Sims in my game keep getting undressed everywhere, around kids, and at dinner. I had my toddler go with one of my Sims for a play date and the other toddlers dad got completely naked, PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME THIS CAN BE CHANGED OR IM NOT THE ONLY ONE! Everywhere I search I find no answers what so ever.

Have you tried changing the Exhibitionist settings in WW? It sounds like you want to disable autonomous exhibitionism. I haven't looked at those settings in a while, but there should definitely be an option to turn that off.

my females when asked to undress they give me a message saying they dont want to do that rt now. yeah i spent an hr rutting their under clothes one and they refuse. maybe the have to be certain lvl before their willing.

You're exactly right. You'll need to level up their exhibitionism skill before they'll undress wherever you want. I forget what exactly it's called, but there's an interaction you can do with the mirror to level it up. Something like "admire self sexually".

Sounds like that sim has a really high level of exhibitionism which makes him want to undress from time to time. As Ricard911 said, disabling exhibitionism autonomy should help or if you don't mind, you can use the 'wickedwoohoo.exglobalremove' command which will reset every sim in the game exhibitionism skill to zero.

 

I understand the problem and making sims undress only in the right situations is problematic but I am actively trying to make exhibitionism better. You should be able to ask that sim to dress up and future releases will make it more permanent as well as improved in general.
