It sounds crazy, but I use the Bodyslide preset from The Erotic Adventues of Misty Skye. It's super curvy but it slims down so well. I just lower the weight towards the low end and then usually have to narrow the shoulders and make the arms and legs slimmer. You can mess around with the Big Torso slider and Chubby Waist, too. I also find that dialing back the Hip slider but turning up the Hip Bone makes for a more realistic curve. Then if you want her shorter as well as slimmer just adjust her height to your preference. 1
