Captialism Posted March 20, 2017 Posted March 20, 2017 It looks like you're playing without an ENB. An ENB, even a light-weight one will improve skyrim's awful lighting.

In vanilla locations like an inn? yes.The lighter the skin - the brighter shine. no installed enb and lights mods. installed only textures. No matter which textures. Only skin tone important in current situation
