Build Morphs with the CBBE HDT body

so i found out to get npc scaling to work i need to check build morphs when building bodies in bodyslide and im using the cbbe hdt body but when i go to build morphs with the hdt body i get a "torpedo" belly with it but building other bodies works fine but when i use the other bodies scaling doesnt work as well for my character as with the hdt body

well it says its obsolete and goes to recommend Qotsafan's Inflation Framework which i have installed also those patches are for older versions of the mods i have installed
