Tutorials to use bodyslide and outfit studios? please help

Hi guys. Can any one please show me if there is a tutorial on how to use bodyslide and outfit studios? I am specifically interested in creating body and outfit sliders for armors that do not currently have . I found a lot of links on this site pointing to a tutorial but all of them are inactive

Take a look on this page http://www.loverslab.com/topic/69192-jrconversions-uunp-hdt/?do=findComment&comment=1729505 , scroll all the way down to the bottom of the first post on that page, to the bit that says Tips and notes, just under that is a file called JRTutorial - Outfit Studio 1.1.zip download that, unzip it and have a read through it, its only text and pictures which makes it much easier to use than video, its how Jerok does his conversions its mostly aimed at uunp but it should not be too much of a problem to use with cbbe.

This is all linked on all three mod pages and the two threads on LL already, you must be doing something wrong when searching for it.
