Oh =\ i'll check the packed files to see if i forgot something or if i made something wrong on the nif file. EDIT: Jonecas just downloaded and looked the files that i've posted and i found why you're getting the model without textures! I accidentaly forgot about one folder. I packed: Data/textures/hawke And it must be: Data/textures/actors/hawke. So just move the Hawke folder to inside actors one and you'll get it fixed. Or download the file again,deleted the old version from your Skyrim folder than extract the new one there. Just fixed the directory structure. Thanks for reporting this problem.
xiondes Posted October 4, 2012 Posted October 4, 2012 hmmm I'm able to get zbdecompress to work but it somehow can't detect the BIN files, I have placed it in the same folder as the xbdecompress. I've also got ahold of person that says that it IS possible to extract the files and it's located in the last few files. One problem after another.

It's Data/textures/armor/hawke Move it to there and not to data/textures/actors/hawke or delete everything from the old version and extract the new one(that i've fixed)

Works now though! Also great work on all your mods, I have downloaded the majority of them, they are all great.

BUt it's pretty much done i think i'll release it today later or tomorrow at morning. Btw, do you guys have gta 4 installed on pc? Because i found the most epic model avaible to gta4 but the tool to rip the model only works if you have the game installed.

It's very playble as you can see at my Dragons NPCs video. Have in mind that it's not a properly rigged/extracted model( it was not on t-pose).
