raptor4d4 Posted February 10, 2017 Posted February 10, 2017 I've been using CBBE Bodyslide for a while and decided to switch over to UUNP Bodyslide. I have a weird problem. With CBBE I used the Killer Keos Replacer to give all the women sexy clothes. With UUNP I’m trying to use Remodeled Armor UUNP. I got frustrated trying to get Remodeled Armor (kept getting texture issues like in the attached pics) to work so I removed it and deleted it to start fresh. But first I started up a fresh game to make sure the mod had cleared. It did not. Several NPCs are still wearing the Remodeled Armor outfits (with the texture problems above). The armor given to female guards I guess had a unique texture in it so with the mod uninstalled it was replaced with a purple “missing texture” color. And several women seem to be missing half their outfits. Most clothing outfits consist of the top and also stockings on the legs. The top is still there but the stockings are missing. I’ve not only deactivated the mod but also completely deleted it from Mod Organizer. How can these women still be wearing the outfits? If this is happening with Remodeled Armor could something similar be happening with the Killer Keos Replacer? Something from that is lingering and interfering with Remodeled Armor?
myuhinny Posted February 10, 2017 Posted February 10, 2017 Have you tried going into game making a new save closing the game and then loading it back up and using the new save you created? Have you tried starting a new game?
raptor4d4 Posted February 10, 2017 Author Posted February 10, 2017 Have you tried going into game making a new save closing the game and then loading it back up and using the new save you created? Have you tried starting a new game? Every single time. I've even deleted every save file I have to start completely fresh with save 001. I've must have created 20 new characters since this began and I'm still having the issue.
allsunday Posted February 10, 2017 Posted February 10, 2017 You know the best way to delete a mod? Manually. You want to know how to delete a mod manually? Check the files of the downloaded mod and cross-reference (use your eyeballs) it with your Skyrim data folder. Perhaps there are some files that failed to delete so it's best to check the main source (the Skyrim data folder itself). It should be very self-explanatory from here and no further explanation necessary. It's not anymore complicated than this. I've never had trouble deleting a mod using the manual method. Hope this helps.
winny257 Posted February 10, 2017 Posted February 10, 2017 If you now use UUNP Bodyslide, then everything must, but also everything on UUNP converted become! UUNP Body = UNP Textures = UUNP Outfits. Killer Keos Outfits are only for CBBE, so no longer compatible! When using incorrect outfits or wrong textures, arise Shifted nipple and this hips stripes
myuhinny Posted February 10, 2017 Posted February 10, 2017 Also make sure to go through your mods and make sure you didn't miss anything like a update/patch or other mod that might be causing it.
raptor4d4 Posted February 11, 2017 Author Posted February 11, 2017 I install my mods using Mod Organizer. Where would these errant files be in the MO folders?
polonius Posted February 11, 2017 Posted February 11, 2017 Check your overwrite folder? See if anything in meshes has anything to do with female armor. I'm still climbing the learning curve on MO, so I may be very wrong.
raptor4d4 Posted February 11, 2017 Author Posted February 11, 2017 I downloaded the original CBBE file just so I could see exactly what files I should look for. I went through my overwrite folder and I couldn't find them. Assuming all the files would be in Overwrite, I should have gotten them all. But the problem persists.

I went through my overwrite folder and I couldn't find them. Assuming all the files would be in Overwrite, I should have gotten them all. But the problem persists. If Mod Organizer isn't deleting your mod then the next step is to check the game installation Data folder like I said. Skyrim is installed on your computer right? So, use your mouse and right-click on your Skyrim icon... and, oh, I dunno... maybe click "Open File Location" just because you're trying to find the location of Skyrim's files. Just a thought, nothing's guaranteed, of course. (Sidenote: If you open Skyrim from Steam like some people habitually do then you have to right-click on The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, go to Properties and then and go to Local Files and finally go to Browse Local Files because why make it easy when you can make it harder? Lulz, thanks Steam!) And what's this Skyrim Data folder that I keep talking about? Am I crazy? Well, funny thing is when you open the file location for Skyrim (aka it's the location on your computer where Skyrim's files are located... BUM BUM BUM!) you just might find a Data folder there. Just maybe, it's a shot in the dark. but try it, don't give up! I'm rootin' for you! This very unique Data folder is where all your mods go or where they are linked to. Why? Because the Mod Gods mandated it, that's why. Gotta pray to them daily. Now that you know what files are in the original CBBE mod, cross-check them DIRECTLY with the main source... which is your Skyrim installation Data folder.

Not so much the tone but thank you for the information. I still turned up nothing. I searched the ENTIRETY of my Skyrim installation folder and just for laughs I also checked the My Games folder where my saves are kept and found NOTHING that didn't belong. I'll do another sweep of my Mod Organizer folder.
raptor4d4 Posted February 11, 2017 Author Posted February 11, 2017 I'm happy to say I think I've found the issue. When I was testing new outfits, I was testing them on major NPCs like Mjoll, Aela, etc. All NPCs influenced by the Bijin mods that I have installed. I completely forgot that when you install them you must choose between CBBE or UNP body types. I chose CBBE when I first installed them. I reinstalled them and voila! Picking the UNP option fixed it. Thank you everyone who offered advice.
