its stopping before it reaches 10MB

The file you want cannot be re-uploaded to other sites (including LoversLab or file sharing sites.)

 

Try to fix your download problem, because the file for me downloads just fine.

try something like flashget to not have to retry from beginning to fail again

or pause near 30%, resume, pause near 60%, resume to make the site think it's a new download

Using firefox I could fix this problem by simply pressing "resume download".
