(But I do not know how easy the clothing mod would be to work with, and further modify, for an adult focus)

It is Gamebryo engine (same as Oblivion and Fallout 3, though BGS heavily modified it for them), so that's strange.

 

I suppose it just never got that popular :shrug:

(There's very little Rule34 of Divinity too, and most of what is are Dragon Commander's princesses )
