I think it's an Obscurus preset I also used sliders to make her thinner. I have over 17 gigs of CC in my mod folder and not even sure what I have anymore.

I generally find it hard to give estimates on when I complete sims, I'm sort of a scatterbrain and I work on lots of different things at once, sometimes making alot of progress on one in a short time, at other times it's incremental steps over a long period of time.
