edit 1: Main thing I noticed doing was the The Raven MCM Combat stripper outfit and the easygirl line, both of which seem to work fine sometimes, but not other times. Once a piece of equipment has glitched out, it is permanent, and will not return to normal.

sounds like a body part/body mod or animation is missing.
Had the same prob in fallout nv and had to download an extra body for male/female.

Stretching could also be a skeleton issue.

To me that looks like a skeleton issue. Stretching to infinity is seen a lot. The outfit has bone nodes that your skeleton doesn't. You can see this in all oblivion skyrim fallout 3 and NV not sure on morrowind. So check the outfit that is stretching and see what nodes it has and then look at the skeleton that you are using and see if it has all the nodes.

I  have the same issue with the same mods. I noticied when using the CBBE Physics body, the armor becomes "stretched". Just switch to a non physics body or fix the bone nodes.
