Downloads not downloading and told to see LoversLab Administration

I try downloading and this is what I get===  C:\Users\John\AppData\Local\Temp\iG4YQutf.7z.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

Try again later, or contact the server administrator.

 

Now Imtry to get a hold of our server administrater and find some moderaters who were admin got banned. Who is the Server Administrater

 

I can get in touch with? Any help will do, and thnks in advance...
