It's mostly trash on steam that can hardly be classified as "adult" games. Varying from stupid animoo censored visual novels to horrible strip club management game.

Well, there are good adult games on Steam : Skyrim, Oblivion, Fallout...

(Sorry, I had to do it  :P )

 

That's the point, your money will be better spent with a good game that has adult mods(Beth games, Paradox games, X-Com2, Sims3/4, Witcher, Dragon Age, etc) than with any pure "adult" game steam has to offer.

Last I checked Steam had rules against erotic content - trust me, all of us adult game developers would absolutely love to get our games on Steam to be played by millions of people, but we can't.

 

There are some games that sort of skirt around the rules by trying to be titillating without being outright pornographic, or by making a Steam version with adult content removed but available in a developer-created mod on another site.

In general though it isn't a great source of erotic content. As others have said, looking into non-adult games with strong modding communities might be better. If you want something that was designed to be an adult game then you'll find that most places that sell mainstream games won't have them. For that sort of thing you're probably best off just reading posts in forums like this one (or hongfire, tfgamessite, legend of krystal, fenoxo's forum etc).

I Like Dragon Knight, It Has Her Armor Wittle Away When She Gets Hit. As Long As It Has An ERSB Rating Of AO, It's On Steam. The Witcher Series And I Think The Just Cause Series Have Full Blown Sex Scenes In Them.

Most "adult" (erotic) themed games on Steam are japanese visual novels with english text - which are censored because Steam doesn't like erotic content.

 

For a lot of those games you can find uncut patches that re-enable the hentai scenes, sometimes even provided by the devs of the game.

They sometimes even link the patch download in the steam forums.

But some other devs want money again for those patches (e.g. the devs of Nekopara 2 want addional 10$ for the uncut patch)... :@

 

But be reminded of two things:

1. Those VNs are from Japan, so even the uncut patches won't remove the pixel censorship from the hentai scenes.

2. Some devs patch their games to disable the uncut patches provided by third partys (fans, modders, etc.).

 

So, to be honest the best tip is to stick to non-adult games like Skyrim and Fallout and use adult mods.

 

As much as I like the little games i found here on LL, but t's kinda sad that there are no real AAA adult games... :s

yes, I do remember hearing that steam has changed it's policy on that kind of content, though you need to make sure you check and double check first, steam can open all kinds of doors like a steam workshop, but you still depend on valve to get paid, and yes I think they can be trusted, but be sure your game is for sure allowed on steam, because if this kind of content was allowed, there would be age gated steam workshop sections where you could download skyrim sex mods and all kinds of other stuff that we currently do not get on the workshop.

I agree. I haven´t played much of it but it looks really promising. They´re gonna add a female Character in the future too! Wohoo!

well the animations could use some work, they are pretty wonky, but other than that its really good game. Also i would like a bit more options to interact with girls and their clothes. Definitely worth a try.

 

Also there is Perfect Lover, its quite recent, and it pretty good for its price. Though the options are pretty limited.

Here is a list of NSFW games on Steam I have really enjoyed. They are serviceable as game ( some of them are even great ), not all of them have full nudity or adult scenes. Am I allowed to use links to steam here?

To get the best out of the games ( most of them need a step to decensor them ), you should always take a moment to view the discussions for the game in the Steam store, look out for and adult DLC on Steam and I also recommend joining the Nukige group and their Discord server, they have a great database of adult patches and decensor mods.

 

And if not already known, you can always create a second Steam account, if you don't want to have everyone see what you are playing. Be aware though, that the games always stay linked to this second account and there is no possibility to merge them later.

 

Epido + DLC ( easily decencored by deleting the cat png, as always see discussions for the game )
- Great vertical scrolling shooter
- Some of the cutest and best CGs on Steam

 

Hentai Mosaique Fix-IT Shoppe ( and all predecessor games by the dev )
- Mosaic game with an RPG spin, this is as good as these puzzle games get
- Really detailed, beautiful and cute CGs

- Up to this date there are regular updates with free new levels

- You will also really like the previous games by the dev, but the Fix-IT Shoppe is the peak gaming wise

 

Fight Angel Special Edition ( decensor patch is in the discussions of the old game, Fight Angel )
- Absolutely stunning 3D character customization
- Gradual cloth braking, some of the best I have seen in any game so far
- Clunky controls though, but not completely broken

 

Lady and Blade
- Currently down, but the dev is working on an overhaul with actual adult scenes, estimated middle of 2020
- 19 costumes, with lovely detailed lady parts ( cameltoe ), which I find so sorely lacking in so many other games
- Surprisingly witty dialogues, strong on a meme tongue and cheek humor, I even felt some emotions in the story
- One of my favorite NSFW games, very much looking forward to the new release

 

Slappy Ass
- Funny clicker game
- It takes roughly 30 minutes to get to the final reward, I found it to be worth it

 

Kaede the Eliminator ( adult patch on dl site, mosaic censor is removable with a patch, too )
- Anime style, but 3D
- Really nice focus on the back side while crouching
- Actually really fun wave shooter
- Not my fetishes, but if your are into golden showers and more, you will get what you want here

 

Bloody Spell
- Actually a very good souls like fighting game, really great mechanics, recommended as a game itself
- No full nudity, but quite skimpy outfits and the girl character is a stunning beauty
- Steam Workshop support ( though now adult mods there )

 

Mirror ( and content DLC )
- Match 3 game with really great hentai scenes
- The variaty of girls really serves all tastes

 

7 Sexy Sins
- Good side scrolling shooter
- The animated waifus are the level and you brake their clothes while fighting off enemies

 

Sakura clicker ( has a decensor patch )
- It's a free clicker game with cute waifus and full nudity ( with patch )

 

Sakura Dungeon ( has a decensor patch )
- Same dev as Sakura clicker, also very similar visuals
- Blobber like dungeon crawler with a lot of visual novel parts

 

Story of Eve
- Very rudimentary RPG with rock paper scissors battles, absolutely bare bones
- No full nudity, but recommended for the really cute character and handful outfits, I enjoyed them very much

Princess & Conquest was not released at the time that this thread was created (Steam still had rules against adult content!) so there is a strong chance that the original poster no longer cares to hear any answer to their old question but in the slim chance that anyone does still care, that is an answer.  Sakura Dungeon is another. Breeder's of the Nephilym is simpler than the others but still good in its own right.
