StableBot Posted December 19, 2016 Author Posted December 19, 2016 there's the answear in google Took awhile but it happened again. I tired this solution http://steamcommunity.com/app/72850/discussions/0/353915953246003906/ . I thought it fixed it, but nope. Some people say that it's corrupted NIF, but my crash report only show this. windows 7 print screen What is "DATA/aag" and "aah"?
StableBot Posted December 19, 2016 Author Posted December 19, 2016 Okay, I have been playing around with it and here is what I found out. When I have SKSE Plugin Preloader and Crash Fix, I crash right away after a few steps in the direction of Riften. I can walk the other way and I'll be fine, so idk what's up with that. Somewhere I read that it could be a memory problem, so I got the memory patch http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50305/?. But this replace the d3dx9_42.dl file that come with the SKSE Plugin Preloader, thus not allowing Crash Fix to do its thing. Using SSME memory patch though, does allow me to load that save file and walk all the way to Riften......So, I kinda don't know which one is more useful. The Preloader and Crash Fix combo, which is suppose to helps with CTD in a long run or SSME which help with the crash now.
Zor2k13 Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 Get the latest enbdev just get it go google it will be there. Then go to cliche jerks nexus and get the latest enb boost mod it is version 6.1 not the older 5 thing there are two mod pages the new one and the old one only get the new one. Install the enbdev first then the enb boost mod and adjust the enblocal.ini file to use fps limit and set to 60 and use vsync and then find out what your video memory size should be you can get a test file from enbdev site for that too it gives you your memory size just by running it. Once you have that magic number subtract 170 from it and you have your max video memory size put that into the enblocal.ini file and set the number above it to 384 oh and set the data sync numbers to 0 both of them. You can try using them but the game will stutter, the magic numbers for those are 2 and 3 but they still don't work for most people. My game runs fine with latest enbdev and enb boost mod there is no enb graphics just the enb boost mod allowing the game to use more than 3gb ram so you can load those textures and nifs into memory no problem for some hours anyway. If you don't know anything about the above just search enb boost STEP guide on google.
yatol Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 What is "DATA/aag" and "aah"? you use mo? go to data and check if data\aag exist if it doesn't exist, maybe that's stuff from an invisible npc that follow you around there are some surprises with some mods and while those aag and aah are just stuff to drop your performance, invisible npc may also equip skinnakedchiken or whatever to make you crash

As for modifying when you said "data sync numbers to 0 both of them" do you mean DataSyncMode=0 and VSyncSkipNumFrames=0? And the part "you can try using them but the game will stutter, the magic numbers for those are 2 and 3 but they still don't work for most people." What do you mean by this, use both of what? What is "DATA/aag" and "aah"? you use mo? go to data and check if data\aag exist if it doesn't exist, maybe that's stuff from an invisible npc that follow you around there are some surprises with some mods and while those aag and aah are just stuff to drop your performance, invisible npc may also equip skinnakedchiken or whatever to make you crash I am using MO, but where is the data file in MO? I thought MO just mask mods over the original Data. Hm...I don't think it's an invisble NPC, since this is a new game-ish and I have recruit anyone yet. Even if it is an invisible NPC it should be in DATA\mesh\... if the follower nif is corrupted.
Zor2k13 Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 Data sync and data priority are things that have to be zero unless the work for you with default settings or the 2 3 setting. Vsync should never skip frames just ignore that one.
