Skyrim CK Land Problem

I'm not even sure what to call this O_O "Land tearing"?

 

 

I followed landscape and world making tutorials, and none of them mentioned this lol. Maybe I followed the wrong tutorials? Can anyone help me identify the problem here?

 

I just got done heightmap editing and I went to go touch it up a little and I saw that.

 

Should I post my world data? Maybe there is something I didn't tick that I should? 

 

Edit: Ah! lol there is more xD What've I done... I hope I can fix this.

No idea what went wrong, you have not described much.

Here is a tutorial for Creating Worlds and Editing HeightMaps.

Important is saving and reload, since CK is very cache buggy.
