Well, I made some tests and I saw that live random works just like you told, it always picks a swatch from every available detail. I just added one empty swatch for each to make sure there was a chance that nothing got picked. It's your mod, so whatever you feel is appropriate is good with me. Personally, the default nipples and vagina I like having an equal chance, but you're right perhaps the chances of getting tan lines should be lower.

If I have everything installed it appears but won't on base game only. Did you knew that (I'm not saying you have to fix it as everyone seems to play with all DCLs intalled) and is it a "simple fix"? Try having no mods installed except this one, and see if they show up in TATTOOS. They are being moved to Skin Details, but not the download from this site yet. If they do show up, it's a conflict with a mod or other cc.

It seems the reason is full tan lines based on a tattoo that doesn't exist in base game. But since all parts of the mod that made as tattoo are being moved to skin details, it doesn't make sense to fix this.

I checked using Sims4Studio and got no indication that it was. After seeing the screenshots I checked again, then checked with CAS Tools. CAS Tools has it labeled as an Alien Tattoo, which suggests that's what it is based off, and means you would need GTW. Sorry about that misinformation. To answer your question; Is it a simple fix. It is simple, but takes a while. It involves cloning a BG tattoo, then adding each tattoo as a new recolor, adding the correct thumbnails, and changing the swatches. Then you have to double check each thumbnail matches the correct recolor, and test it in game (because with this game things don't always work the way they should, even if you do things correctly). I'd estimate it would take me 30 - 60 minutes.

Added 3 new types of bottom and top tan lines.

Сейчас же захотел заново всё установить. но вот проблема, из кастомизации отображается , почему то, только полосы загара от лямок. Изначально мод ставился вместе с Hiroki Better Body Mod, думал проблемы из за него, но затем я всё переустановил, и установив лишь WW и твой мод, обнаружил проблему сохранившейся. А при установке cmar_underwear remove , модельки вообще исчезают

Цвета я менять не планировал так-то, тут еще дело в том, что не все цвета из палитры хорошо видны на теле, да еще при разных оттенках кожи. Это касается например белого цвета, он раньше был, но потом я его убрал, потому, что который был- не совсем настоящий, а если я делал его настоящим, этаким бело-серым, то его просто толком не видно. А насчет всяких синих, розовых и зеленых, то просто- зачем они? Я еще могу представить, что на голове волосы в такой цвет покрасили, а на лобке-то кто красить вздумает?)) Поэтому я остановился на том наборе цветов, который сейчас есть. А по поводу волос для обоих полов- так для мужчин уже есть волосы от Luumia, по-моему замечательно сделано.

Для пожилых кое-что из перечисленного уже сделано в дефолтном скине, который идет в составе мода. Конкретно- у них другой живот, задница и спина, до других частей я пока не добрался, хотя хотелось бы сделать еще ноги, руки и грудь. Просто я не настолько в этом спец и мне это дается довольно тяжело, но есть в голове подобные планы, надеюсь в один прекрасный момент я смогу это добавить.

I am aware of everything listed in topic but have no clue what to do with the limited information in this thread to get the other details in CAS. I downloaded TS4 studio to see if it was a CAS slot issue and try to fix it with that but I don't know what to do in studio. Here's a screenie of studio.
