SKSE + Steam Error

Everytime I close SKSE or it crashes I try to restart SKSE and get this error (see attached)

 

I notice in the following processes are running:

 

• Steam.exe
• steamwebhelper.exe

I have to end process for steam.exe so I can start the SKSE again. Never used to have this prob when SKSE crashed.

 

Any ideas?

Look in the task manager under processes and make sure there are no instances in there that are active if there are none you could try killing the steam.exe and then restarting it to see if that works.

that's wut i'm saying. it is in the open processes. it never used to be. i can't shut down the steamwebhelper.exe. i have to end the steam.exe and then the steamwebhelper.exe goes away.

 

i never had the steamwebhelper.exe in the task manager before. is it new? can i prevent it from running? wut is it?

that removal instruction is sketchy. wtf is the download? prolly a virus. and still don't know why its happening all of the sudden.

Right click the video screen copy video URL open a new tab paste link into the search bar hit enter scroll down below the video and there you will find the downloads they are referring to in the video.
