Looking for Something Refreshing

I love how much mods influence the path games. I have come to play skyrim almost exclusively with mods from this website and LOVE it. However, it is becoming a bit stale to me since I have explored most aspects that the mods offer. I have found some really great stuff I love here but it has become a little stale recently.

 

Just looking to be pointed in a new direction. More specifically, another game with similar aspects to it modded or not. I am into most of the mods/ fetishes on here so don't hold back with your suggestions!
