How to change availability of interactions between different ages in Sims 4?

As the title says, I wondered how to do that.
I know there are mod that allow, lets say teens, to have adult interactions availaible in the wheel.

For example, where/how can I make it, so teen age can marry a young adult or elder person?

 

If u know about guide, I d appreciate link, too!

13.  As we are typically associated as being an adult pornographic community, we will not allow any sort of nudity or sexual content involving characters that could be seen as depicting somebody as underage. This includes any character that could be seen as loli, shota, child, or underage teen, regardless of it's position as a virtual character or the intent to be passed off as a mystical race who only looks young; the only thing that matters in this respect is what the character appears to be at a glance.

 

I presume that would include teen marriage and other options that EA decided to make "adult only".

Two things to check.

 

For romance interactions, you can look at KW mod, or NRaas Woohooer/Master Controller.

 

You can also edit/enable quite a few interactions to allow/restrict based on lifestage using NRaas Retuner: http://nraas.wikispaces.com/Retuner

Oh im sorry you right, I thought it only not allowed for children.

I thought it okay because there are mods to allow woohoo with teen and adult for example.

i personally did this with wicked whims. i clicked on one of my sims, hit Wicked, settings, settings, relationship settings, and then got rid of age restrictions

I know MC command center makes it possible to have teens marry young adults and older (I'm doing a decades challenge where it was sort of necessary because women tended to marry a lot younger in those days)
