A question about specific type of creature sex.

Greetings, travelers.

I'd like to know what's the current state of creature-involving animations that feature the player character as the active partner.

Whether it's about male or female creature is irrelevant.

Well, the main framework doesn't include such anims, only male creature on PC/NPC, but there are some extra files that do include them.

 

First, you have More Nasty Critters, that, among lots of other things, includes anims for PC/NPC on Werewolf, Flame Atronach and Spriggan (those are the ones I can remember, there are probably more).

 

There is also Dragon Animations (& Creature on Creature), which, apart from Creature on Creature anims and some awesome Dragon anims, also includes PC/NPC on Wolf/Dog, Sabercat, Skeever, and Horse. You can find the downloads here.

 

And last, you have FunnyBizness' Animations. There is a Female Creature pack with anims for PC/NPC on Bear, Dragon, Riekling, Draugr, Falmer, Giant(ess), Horse (again), Hagraven, Seeker, Troll and Wisp.

Depending on what you mean by "player as active partner", there are more for females. Check the SLAL packs, i know Anubis made some, and i think SirNibbler and Leito as well. There might be more, not sure.
