Piper undressing on fast travel

So it started happening a longer while ago. Piper is the only npc that does this. She basically undresses every time when fast travelling or when i dissmis her to a location and then go meet her at that location. It doesn't happen to any other npc. I have to dress her back up again with custom clothes i gave to her. Normally when you take everything from a npc/follower and also their default outfit, it should just spawn back on them already equipped after some time. But she just basically undresses like there's no reason for it. Any idea what can i do? Reset her with commands or something? I know that there are commands to make non follower npc to follow you and trade with you and by this i have changed this npc clothes and

taken it's default ones also made it not follow me anymore and act like normal settler. To this time this npc kept clothes i gave to him. So my question is if there's anything similar i can do to Piper? Don't get me wrong, i like woman's body, but i also like how she looks in outfit i gave to her.

Sounds like you used a mod that may have changed how followers worked.
