Yet another issue.... Downloading content from Steam.

I did a Google search for "Orc Followers" and found one I really liked on the Steam Workshop that's like 2 or 3 years old. I have never downloaded from them before and followed the institutions of "subscribing." I restarted the game several times and the Orc is nowhere to be found in it's location where it is said to be found.

 

Does downloading from Steam mean that I can't download from them because I use SKSE? I've restarted the game many times and he's not there. He's supposed to be in Dushnikh Yal Mines. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=106559665

 

I've Googled, followed directions, ect. but, he's not there. Is this because I'm not playing Vanilla? I recruited a vanilla follower from that strong hold but, still that downloadable guy is not there.

Did you run SkyrimLaucher.exe and enable the .esp after you got it off Steam? Steam doesn't do that automatically when you subscribe.

Yup. I sure did. Double and triple checked that it was enabled and still nothing. Seriously....Bethesda doesn't want me to play a modded Skyrim.
