[SSE] Bad News SkyUI Users

I might just port SkyUI if they don't fix it.

If they want to try to take it down, let them, I can always rehost.

Don´t do that, that´s kind of a dick move.

While modding thrives as a community effort everyone should still be able to decide what to do with their stuff.

If it´s that important to you and you beleive that no one will ever make a good alternative just look into their code and let it inspire you to make your own version. But don´t copy other peoples work just because you don´t like their attitude/decisions.

Some people like to have a certain degree of control over their work and they should be allowed to have that. You might also scare off some of those people (ok unlikely but just don´t be a dick)

I while ago I asked Shlangster to be able to update the framework (for Skyrim, SSE, and FO4.)

He never gave me an answer. (3 PMs sent, one each month.)

I actually don't mind the interface as much anymore.  With the mods below I rarely need to ever open my inventory or spell menu, I just use favorites.

QD Inventory: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1970/?

GAV - Categorized Favorites: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/5350

Automatic Item Storage: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/8224

A hotkey mod and the MCM menu for mod customization is the main thing I'm missing.

schlangster on reddit said he would take a look at a conversion during the weekend. That was 9 days ago, but who knows, something might happen.

He has a post about it on the SkyUI page on Nexus.

It's ported, but waiting on stability issues with SKSE64 apparently.
