I asked permission to TheyCallMeThePretender and here it is. Glory.
A lot of thanks to him for letting me share his mod here.

 

He doesn't plan to continue this mod, and give permission to everyone to use it as a modder resource.
(this mod was quickly taken down in the nexus, that's why I re-upload it here)

ABOUT
Don't expect nothing too elaborate or refined.

 

INSTRUCTION
You will find the thing at the Furniture category.
Be carefull when playing with it, use it with moderation or you will die by overdose. Always obey the instuctions and you'll be fine.
Swallowing will quenche your thirst.

Script based on CWSS by steve40 and FLipdeezy

 

KNOW ISSUES
Replace a script (CWSS_CraftableFountainScriptF.pex) from CWSS mod. I didn't find out a way to rename it yet, so it will conflict with the fountains from that mod (I'm not very familiarized with the CK and with scripting things, sorry).
Also vanilla swallowing water sound effects are disabled atm.

Maybe it's because it works only with the last file I uploaded with some missing scripts.
To everyone that can't locate the menu, try the following :

- Uninstall the mod.
- Load your save game and save it again with the mod uninstalled.
- Install the mod. Load your save game.

I think that can do the trick, because it's probable that some scripts only run one time.

where is special section?

the special section is the first one that only appears when you have to craft mama murphy's chair or if you have the robot workbench, I think it doesn't appear in this section in my game T_T

it's the same for me than before... but i haven't finished the vault tec dlc quest (as you seem in there on your screenshots...)

I found everything with the console..and it seems to work but there is no way to make them show up like in the furniture section.

tried finding over console and get multiple types of it out

spawned 1 in from console

was possible to use

a never endign loop of a pipboy on a bed was showing until i loaed a save before using it

 

have you a mod that alters your build menu? when yes, it could from my side be that this mod have somethign i nthat let you see it but noone other

 

i even doesnt have the last 2 symbols i nyour screen form the buildmenu, ends with the bathtube symbol

I think he based his mod in CWSS Redux. I have it installed, maybe that's the reason it works for me.

I installed CWSS Redux and cant find it. There is only the stuff from CWSS, the Vaulttec DLC and the regular stuff from the vanilla game.

Sorry, I don't know what can be missing. And the mod author doesn't reply to my messages. I think we are stuck with this.

@majestic12 Where exactly do you find the "Item". I mean: If you go into the Workbenchmenu, witch categorys do you have to open?
