Death alternatives

So I'm currently using the "sex assault" mod that lets npcs rape me during combat or just decide to rape me.  I find it's a good death alternative when fighting only a few enemies but when there is a lot I will often get raped and then the other enemies will keep shooting me and end up killing me.  I would much rather that sex either halted combat or that each enemy got to wait their turn to rape me.  Is there any way to accomplish this?

 Try using Unethical Deeds; it has options as to how many turns the rapists take on you.

I use Unethical Deeds but it doesn't show anything. It just goes to a blackout and text pops up essentially saying "you just got raped for hours on end." Sex Assault doesn't seem to wanna work for me. I'm sure I installed it right but when I try to open my game with it activated, I get a CTD.

Sorry for late reply, but if Unethical Deeds doesn't show anything (UD can work without Sexout and it functions normally but does a vanilla fade-to-black for sex scenes instead), and Sex Assault doesn't work, you probably don't have Sexout Core and all that installed correctly.
