Weird Lighting on Some Races [FIXED]

In the photos I've provided, you can see that there are some strange lighting effects on some characters. This is really bugging me.

Now, I'm going to list what mods may be causing this:

-Bijin's overhauls (I have all of them, but have only a few selected from the NPCs collection)

-The Ordinary Women

-Coverwomen Look 3

-TexBlend (Used it to blend the neck seams)

-Enhanced Lights and FX

-Climates of Tamriel

-Seranaholic (I use the looks from V 1.5. I took all the meshes from 1.5 and used them to overwrite the meshes in the newest version)

 

That's all I can think of when it comes to things being messed up.

Nevermind, fixed it myself. It was TexBlend causing the problem, just fixed it through some working with the tool.

For anyone else that might get this issue, I can detail how I fixed it if ya like.
