Combat music stuck on.

My combat music is stuck on. I'm not sure how it happened but I'm running around Nuka World and the combat music will not stop. Even if nothing is around me. I saw a fix about switching to a radio station and reloading but it didn't work and I'm patched up as well. Any ideas?
