My landscape textures are messed up

First of all, since English is not my first language and that I used the holy power of Google Translate, I apologize for any mistakes that this post may contain.

In my quest for a modded Skyrim experience, I have encounter a REALLY annoying texture bug:

Though I got nothing against making Skyrim vanilla again, and then reinstall all my mods (Which would hopefully fix the problem). I would like to know from where the bug is coming to prevent it from happening again.

Is it a well known bug?

Am I only dumb and this is another one of Bugthesda's tricks that was already in the game?

Things that were tried:

- Installing various Landscape textures mods   {Failed}

Vivid Landscapes -> http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/49344/?

Better Landscape textures -> http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/679/?

- Turning off the ENB (by pressing shift+f12 ingame)  {Failed}

- Disabling RLO-Weathers  {Failed}

- Restoring the INI file  {Failed}

- Restoring my Skyrim entirely  {Success}

Both screenshots taken without RLO-Weathers

With the ENB:

|~~~|Conclusion|~~~|

Turns out it may be a rendering issue instead of a texture bug. I don't have any idea on why this bug occurred.

THANKS A LOT TO ANYONE THAT REPLIED TO HELP ME

In my quest for a modded Skyrim experience, I have encounter a REALLY annoying texture bug:

problem aren't the textures, it's the rendering that is a fail

take the whiterun screenshots

you have shadows on the left ground mesh, but not on the right ground mesh

your enb shadows are darker, so it's easier to see the difference with it

no idea how you did that

if you use mo, create a new profile, test, and load the game with just skyrim esm (and just its bsa)

if problem is still there, delete the ini to generate new ones

if problem is still there, you are good for a reinstall (less time consuming that trying to clean a mess up data folder, if that can be done)

maybe you make some bad changes in your skyrim configuration... try correct it with BethINI...

The BethINI's correction did not solve the problem.

It makes me think more and more that the problem is coming from the Skyrim's Data folder (messed up files)

Thank you for your reply.

I restored my INI and PrefINI (I made the changes required by my mods(Not the ENB) afterward) , wich did not fix my problem. After that, I started a NEW vanilla game, which crashed lamentably. I then started another one and made it to Witherun, only to see that the bug was still there.

I will now restore my messed up Skyrim entirely.

Thank you for your reply.
