Non-chaotic, Hide and seek mod list?

IS there any chance a thread could be made, or even just linked here, for the most up to date and current versions of the sexus/sexout mods..? I've been interested for a while in getting these, but finding links and versions is like a scavenger hunt. One thread with either direct download links, or links to the page with a download link, would be awesome. If we could also put up a short description of each mod or addon it would be even better.

I've been considering creating a thread to replace the outdated Sexout list. I guess I'll go ahead and do that.

Most of us modders are too busy to do so, it would be easy enough for a long term non modder to do
