Sexy Hearthfires Options?

I've always thought the player homes you build with Hearthfires could stand some additions of the erotic persuasion. I understand that it draws on resources shared by the rest of the game, but couldn't a skilled modder add new furniture or objects to the options available to build? Or things that could be built in place of the usual furniture, trophies, etc.? Like an additional room in the basement that doubles as a dungeon? Tapestries or paintings on the wall? Things to really spice up the game's otherwise bland home features.

 

Or would I be better off downloading custom player homes? I don't quite want to go that route since my game is already heavily modded, but if it's my only option so be it.

Maybe use a positioner mod to spawn objects from any source..if there are any

Funny you should ask this now. I'm working on a mod to expand the Hearthfire cellars, but drawing somewhat of a blank on things to furnish with aside from a hot tub.

 

Any free assets I should look at including? Preferable without adding mod dependencies.
