Actors just stand naked and animations don't play

Hi,

I just started with SexLab, and I got SexLab submit. Everything's working fine until the sex starts. When it does, the actors undress and then the animations don't play at all. The moaning plays and all, but they don't actually do anything.

I managed to fix it earlier (Forgot what I did), but then I accidentally deinstalled SexLab so I lost it. Now it doesn't work anymore.

Most likely, the problem is my path for FNIS and my SexLab animations. But I need help pinpointing it, since this is my first time modding Skyrim.

============================

Mod List: (I use NMM)

ZazAnimationPack

univision Face for CBBE

Ultimate Combat

UFO - Ultimate Follower Overhaul

SOS - Schlongs of Skyrim

Sneak Tools

SkyUI

Skyrim Performance PLUS - Pine Needles FX

Skyrim Level Uncapper

SKSE

SexLabFramework

SexLab Submit

Climates of Tamriel

More Perk Points Per Level

Forgotten Magic Redone

FNIS

Realistic Male Face

============================

FNIS Output:

Skeleton(hkx) female: Default (99 bones)   male: Default (99 bones)
Patch: "SKELETON Arm Fix"
Patch: * tktk1's "TK Dodge / Ultimate Combat"
>>Warning: * tktk1's "TK Dodge / Ultimate Combat"   not installed<<
Reading FNISBase V6.3 ...
All Anim Lists scanned. Generating Behavior Files ...
0_master usage: 1.1 %   ( 0 paired, 0 kill, 0 alternate animations)
Alternate Animation mods: 0 sets: 0 total groups: 0 added file slots: 0 alternate files: 0
Creature Pack not installed

47 animations for 1 mods successfully included (character)
 2 Warning(s).

I don't think FNIS is able to read/find my animations, as it says it only found 47.

Definitely put FNIS for users in I think Skyrim/Data. If you use MO, just point MO to that path to run it. That's a problem I had for a long time; no animations, misaligned animations, and all that jive. I'm not sure that the mod list is of any help if your FNIS is in the wrong place.

if one thing fails to load it wont load anything else.

and why is the file path going Through the desktop?

edit: FNIS should be above sexlab in the mod load list

@Storms I've done that, this is my path to Generate_For_Users: C:\Users\Me\Desktop\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data\FNIS Behavior 6.3\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users

@MadMansGun My steam directory is on my desktop, had to move it for modding another game one time. And disabling the Ultimate Combat patch didn't fix it, still says only 47 animations found.

you need to print the entire FNIS output please, again.  Have you installed XPMSE? if so that's what the skeleton arm patch is for (don't check anything else for now)

I have no idea why another member suggested moving FNIS around...use LOOT to decide things like that automatically

because loading a mod that is required for another mod to work after said mod has already loaded will normally not end well, and i don't trust Mod Managers with anything.

and i don't really trust suggestions that are downright impossible. sexlab is a master. FNIS is not. unless manual installs are wildly different than mod managers when it comes to load order (and one can actually physically load fnis.esp before sexlab.esm)
