Possible JUGs expansion - need help with an idea for morphs

So I haven't really changed JUGs for a while. And lately, I've been thinking about creating a follower. Then my brain went to, "Why not a follower that fits into the JUGs theme?"

And therein lies my problem.

If I do this... or... attempt to do this.. I have a particular way I want the follower's quest to work in terms of how her body changes.

I want to make the follower using a Zeroed Slider, UUNP Special body mesh. I use this for a default body anyways, and then use BodyGen to morph basically every female in Skyrim.

So.... I'd like to start her out when you find her with....for example.. a UNP body shape. Easy enough to do using BodyGen.

Now as we progress, I'd like to change her morph. I'd need a script fragment in dialogue to....let's say... clear the UNP morph and apply a UNPB body shape ..maybe like UNPB@0.75 if it was being done in BodyGen.

Then maybe clear that and set her to UNPBO@0.75

And then finally clear that and set her 7B Cleavage@1.0

So like... I don't want to just scale a breat bone and make her boobs bigger. I want to actually alter her shape. Very likely adding in additional morphs to broaden her hips, round out her ass, narrow her waist....whatever.

But my first hurdle will be to be able to change her body morphs....in game... as a dialogue progresses.

And now, of course, in writing this I see that maybe this could simply be done with any follower if you use BodyGen to start them at a particular default body shape. In dialogue I could set the target for a morph by using akSpeaker as JUGs already can do that for other targeted stuff.

I've been reading through the NiO scripts and stuff, but I'm not really sure which parts I need to use or how to use them correctly. Or if this is even possible, because I can't see where anyone's done it yet. Closest I've found is Eli's Polymorph that basically reads off applied morphs and resets them all.

So....anyone wanna help me get started looking at this? It won't be a speedy development process for me as there's a lot going on in real life. But I would still like to work on this.

I have thought about using bodymorph sliders with papyrus as well. I haven't tested anything yet because of other projects but my first intuition was to look how racemenu handles the sliders. Of course the cbbe or uunp sliders are not in the racemenu mod itself, but when you have downloaded bodyslide and outfit studio inside the scripts folder are 2 scripts that handle the morphs... Maybe take a look how they do it ?

I will give it a try myself in the near future so if you find anything helpful inside the morph scripts, please share it  :)

PS. I just took another quick look at the racemenumorph scripts and it appears these NIOverride functions are the key to use sliders...

; Sets a body morph value on an actor
Function SetMorphValue(ObjectReference ref, string morphName, float value) global
SetBodyMorph(ref, morphName, "RSMLegacy", value)
EndFunction

; Gets a body morph value on an actor
float Function GetMorphValue(ObjectReference ref, string morphName) global
return GetBodyMorph(ref, morphName, "RSMLegacy")
EndFunction

; Clears a body morph value on an actor
Function ClearMorphValue(ObjectReference ref, string morphName) global
return ClearBodyMorph(ref, morphName, "RSMLegacy")
EndFunction

When it comes to expansion of JUGS, i have a totally other idea that might be fun (and might be a bit of work as it implies a JUGS overhaul).

What if you add addiction to drinking milk with benefits/withdrawal effects?

Drink milk and get a temporary benefit but get addicted as well. Stop drinking milk and you get withdrawal effects, but over time you can lower your addiction. But the higher your addition, the higher the benefits, but also the withdrawal effects. So it can help the player to get more addicted, although the withdrawal effect will increase as well. See the spoiler as to a possible implementation.

Addiction-level

Every time you drink milk, you earn one point to your next addiction level. After something like 3 or 5 points, your addiction level increases. It takes one week of not drinking milk to decrease your addiction level. That means that even one drop of milk will reset the detoxification timer while you gain one point towards the next level of addiction. The addiction level can rise up to 5 or 10.

Buffs/Debuffs-level

24 hours after drinking, you get the full benefits. (level +1)

24 to 36 hours after drinking, you get half the benefits (level +1/2)

36 to 48 hours, no benefits, but no withdrawal either (level 0)

48 to 60 hours, withdrawal effects at half strength (level -1/2)

... ... ...

84 to 96 hours, withdrawal effect at double strength (level -2, you might decide to go to level -3)

  • Each time the dragonborn drinks (a pint of) milk, the buffs/debuffs level increases 3 to 5 levels.
Meaning that it takes multiple drinkings to go from level -4 (or -6) to level +2.
  • The level +2 is active for 24 hours, while the other levels last 12 hours.
But in general, the dragonborn has 2 days before withdrawal effects take place.
  • Should the dragonborn get gagged, he/she is of course in a bit of trouble.

Buffs and Debuffs strength

The effects are multiplied by the addiction level (although an offset could be added).

For example; should the benefit be +20 carry weight, at addiction level 1 and the buffs-level be at +1, the dragonborn get (20 x 1 x 1 =) +20 to carry weight. Should the dragonborn have an addiction level of 5 while the buffs-level is at +1/5, the dragonborn gets (20 x 1/2 x 5 =) +50 to carry weight. The maximum bonus will be +200 while the maximum debuff will be -400 (or -600). And unless the dragonborn has invested a lot in stamina and has extra pockets, he/she will be forced to walk slowly.

The effects

I mentioned carry-capacity as possible nice buff/debuff. But you could have effects that only are buffs and other effects that only are debuffs. For example, increase in health regeneration as buff, while reduction in speech and getting worse prices might be a debuff.

Avoid withdrawal

When the withdrawal effects are getting stronger, other members of JUGS will treat you differently. The strength of the withdrawal depends on both the buff/debuff-level and the addiction level. Meaning that when your addiction level is higher, other members of JUGS will sooner treat you different when withdrawal effects appear. To use the carry-weight example, the your carry-weight effect is -100, you will notice some effects and when the carry-weight effect is -200, the other members will treat you as a junkie.

As how they treat you differently,... they will demand that they get to drink from you first, but might refuse to return the favor afterwards, forcing you to wait 4 hours till your tits have produced enough milk to try again. And while normally you are able to drink from a nice set of jugs, you have to let others drink first (and hope for the best) when you show withdrawal effect. And a member might also decide to give you just one drop of milk. This will increase your addiction level, but will not affect your buff/debuff-level. And perhaps other members might demand certain favors when they notice that they are dealing with a junkie. You also cannot convince others to join jugs at this stage.

What could also be a nice side effect, as soon as you are less than 2 days from reducing your addiction level, members might give you one drop of milk to keep you addicted.

Background story

You could add a quest (in the shape of a witch) that cast a spell on you. Due to that spell, you can get addicted to milk and experience buffs from drinking milk. This will unlock the dialogues but the encounter will also lead to your first step in getting addicted (could be straight to addiction level 2 or 3). The witch will always help you to get some milk, but after a week you will find her in the dungeon tied to a cross, unable to provide you with some milk.

I hope you like this idea (I am aware that you liking this idea certainly does not mean that you will build such a mod).

Jugs is more geared to npcs in towns and and villages, What about a plug in that also makes it ,s dialog added to SD+ enslavement, but would not ask but demand milk from the dragonborns.
