Potions replacer mod ~ first time modder help????

Am trying to get this mod up and running, post title says it all, im a first time modder and am trying to install the mod using nexus mod manager and its not working for me, obviously im doing something wrong. I have all 3 files, the replacer, and the 2 patches, in zipped/compressed folders basically thats how far i am, not sure what to do next. any help would be appreciated

Unfortunately we can't help you.  We don't know what you have, how you zipped it, what the instructions for said mod say or anything else that would help us do anything more than randomly guess.

 

If you want help, then provide a link to the mod you are trying to install as well as any patches.  Then we can begin to help you.
