mc13 Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 please guys we Need a high heel System. i want hh System for longer legs and i dont want cut ankles like some armors with high heels do. is there no talented scripter who can work on this?
ralfetas Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 You need a new skeleton, not script. If you use the vanilla high heels you will have less broken ankle effect. (i am using it for my next mod and is ok).
Perraine Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 I t would definetly require a collaborative effort to create properly. First someone would need to create the skeleton, but then what body would use it? So it would need to have "Vanilla" and of course the ubiquitous CBBE body conversions made. Then modders would have to create outfits that are compatible with the new body/skeleton, and finally they could think about making some shoes.
parrotheada1a Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 Just a quick FYI, someone made a high heels system for other Beth games, and it took them a long time to get it all sorted out and working well. You had to install 3 or 4 different mods to get the right effect. Then someone made a shoe mod, and people were complaining about that too because the heels were all the same height.
ousnius Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 NiOverride high heels for Skyrim let you customize the height for each pair of high heels. And it has no requirements other than SKSE, plus it's cleaner than the HDT HH system in implementation. You also don't need a new or edited skeleton, that has nothing to do with high heels. Basically we just need to wait until someone makes a F4SE plugin that does what Expired did with equippable transforms (what NiOverride high heels use), which might take a while.
