Possible Glitch - Terrified Raiders

Possible Glitch,

 

I am getting terrified raiders suddenly. This is after the resent update to the most current Fallout 4. They were terrible raiders before they would attack regardless of how little chance they had. Now I went to the combat zone and only one raider had the balls to attack the rest ran. Even an Legendary raider ran and ran and ran.. dam that raider was hard to catch (AKA kill)

 

I have legendary weapons and fully spec out with perks for machine guns, rifles etc To give you refrence I can cut down Swan before he can charge with one of my machine guns.

No I am not wearing Power Armor. I am wearing armor with a rating about 100 at level 50+ not that much.

Other factions so far attack on sight. (Supermutants etc)

 

I am wondering if it is part of the recent updates from Bethesda r/t Nuka World.

Update.. they aren't doing it anymore after I stopped the game and came back later. Now the Raiders are generally a higher level then they were a bit back. Perhaps they were lower level and the A.I kicked in.

 

It was funny when I heard soemthing like "She's Bulletproof".

 

Oh and I am doing the Railroad quest lines now if that made a difference.

I hear that line all the time.  I'm level 50 with top of the line power armor and a legendarily upgraded mini-gun.  Generally they take one shot at me and then panic and run screaming.  Doesn't turn out well for most, as just as they start to run, my mini-gun has finished spooling up and then they die.....in rather messy fashion.

 

Robots however seem exactly opposite.........drawn to me like moths to a light.  Freaking annoying!!!!!

The other factions still attack and such as normal. The raiders didn't they ran screaming. Then I restarted the game (had lunch ) and when I came back things went back to nromal. I expect a few to coward and perhaps run but before each and every one even ones far away (behind walls and such) were screaming and running. It was so strange. 

 

I have never really went above 50 before at least not for a long time before starting a new character.
