[TS4] How To Disable Plumbob?

How do I disable the plumbob its getting in the way a lot especially with WW.

I've never removed the plumbob, I might do that now that you've mentioned it.

It's 'headlineeffects off' without the ''. Then replace off with on to turn them back on. I try to remind myself to do it when I do screenshots too.
