I'm working on one now!

 

It's an abandoned manor right outside Windhelm (I tried and tried to find space inside a city to build it, but no luck), right up against the wall near the gate.

It's full of cobwebs and broken wood inside, with shelves lined with human body parts in jars, and there are dried corpses sitting at the dinner table.
 

It's hella dark.
