Why this work only on one skeleton?

And is there a way to change animation position for one skeleton i import? Now it ends up in wrong (female) position instead of male.

not sure what your trying to do, but if you are trying to edit a unisex animation for a one actor animation you only need one skeleton, you can import the male & female body's onto one skeleton at the same time (if using the default skyrim bodys)

I just trying to edit animation where male has sex with female. But once i import two actors and one animation, only one actor plays that animation. Other just stand in T form like in picture.

I haven't a clue about 3dsmax, but if it is anything like blender, you can NOT do this.  You import one animation with the skelly to parent to the mesh and you have to append the other animation (with skeleton and mesh) in.

May be way off base as I know 3dsmax is different from blender.  If no one else answers, you might try googling it.

.

it can be done...

the animation will only be applied to the bone nodes that have matching node names to whats in the animation,

so import the first actor and then the animation into max, use the suffix on it (tools/rename objects...), move/add the actor to a new layer, then import the other actor and animation.

Right....so it is "similar" to blender. Instead of appending, you move to another layer and so on.....

I barely have a handle on animating with blender after doing it for 2 years.  I damn sure don't want to go through having to learn the basics all over again with a different program.   :P
