thank you oar6six6 for your advice!

after the last edit, i moved all the required files and roughly made a semi complete cleanup.

i didn't get all of it, and I've yet to clear up a few of these conflicts.

i have the current loot and don't know how to use that to influence proper placement.

capture 1-4 is the new installers and 5-8 is the new mods orange and green ratio

First, here's a tip; hover your mouse over the mods with the orange check boxes and it will tell you along the bottom bar what's wrong with it. ;)

Second, install order is as important as load order and I strongly suggest you move some of your mods around in the Installers tab (use CTRL+ up/down arrow keys to move a mod). You seem to have installed all your mods alphabetically and that's not going to work. You want to generally install large mods and gameplay changes first so other mods can overwrite them.

For example, the ones that jump out at me;
Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Patch should be first. Always.
Then, generally, SKSE, SkyUI, UI Extensions, A Quality World Map, Solstheim Map
Alternate Start - Live Another Life should be installed before Live a Deviant Life
Sexlab Framework (just the framework)
FNIS and related
Devious Devices and related
Body Mods and HDT Physics and related
the rest doesn't really matter

The absolute last mod you should install is the XPMSE Skeleton.

And always install Masters before related mods. For example; xazPrisonOverhaul must be installed before xazPrisonOverhaul Patch. This is going to be especially important for things like Devious Devices.

When you move mods around in the Installers tab, make sure to right click and Anneal to reinstall it properly.

The colours and symbols are meaningful but different for each tab. This link is for the Installers tab and this link is for the Mods tab. Some of the colours are more FYI rather than anything wrong with them. It's a quick way to see what components of a mod are being overwritten so you can move them around as appropriate.

Be very careful in the Installers tab of those with a grey line. This is important and means the mod has additional directories that Bash can't see. You need to right click on those mods and choose Has Extra Directories before installing.

The orange in the Mods tab basically mean the mod's masters are out of order. Take my advice above about installing mods that have masters. And run LOOT to properly sort your load order.

Hope this helps.

Oh, I almost didn't notice you edited your first post! lol (should have made a new post, just so anyone else looking for help can understand and follow along)

Ok, so as long as you've run LOOT once on your load order you're almost there. The remaining orange boxes in the Mods tab with the out of order masters shouldn't be an issue.
