The best way I can describe this is it lets you make 3D furry porn animations. Right now it has few preset locations and characters but more are being added and the developers are looking to allow for custom content. The animations are all user made as far as I've seen and can be uploaded into a cloud for other users to view and can be saved and altered. Making animations can take a bit of learning but is actually fairly easy to do. From no experience and looking things up when I needed to I had something I liked in under an hour. I think there is VR support but I don't own a headset so I can't test this myself.
