nmm wont boot up in my personal profile but when i go to a different user profile it launches, why?

i have 4 different user profiles on my computer, on my personal one nmm will not launch anymore but on different user profiles i use but dont main it will launch. whats up with that and how to fix?

 

i powered it off twice and tried launching it from my personal user profile and it would not launch. i unistalled and reinstalled NMM 3 times today

I stopped updating NMM a long time ago back when they kept adding more and more bells and whistles and kept breaking things. Maybe try right clicking the NMM.exe and going to properties then security and see who all has access to that file. There is also a advanced tab click it and look at permissions as well as the owner tab to see who the owner is. Could be that something changed the permission of the folder and files.
