I have installed Sexlab aroused and , ... it keeps up the constant " Sexlab is ready to use " .. xD HNGGG! time for the moment of truth... Can i have the link to the Script cleaner thingie again? And uhhh.. I tried making a new succubus through coc qasmoke but her neck face was different color than the body, her physics were ok tho, Hmmmm.. Her hair wasn't HDT either@.@

follow the instructions to the letter.

coc qasmoke was only intended to let you load an old save, and honestly isnt much quicker than using alternative start

how absolutely bizarre for your SLA error happening again. can you start a new game, dont touch anything and wait till you get the repetitive messa....what are you saying again...

 

sexlab is ready to use...when does that happen...when you activate sexlab...very suspicious

i have not tried anything but the very simplistic radiant prostitution. you better download Sexlab TDF prostitution and pimping v2.2.5.4

ahhhh...can matchmaker run without hentaicreatures...if it can disable hentaicreatures...the creator of sexlab said the latest versions of sexlab are kinda buggy when it comes to creatures...that might be your API reference errors

Okay so I did coc qasmoke to see if the " Sexlab is ready to use " was over, it.. really did disappear but .. now i've another message non stop " Waiting for key map "  

Oh and Creature framework thing disappeared after I installed sexlab aroused btw

sure but idk how to make a Papyrus ;w; I just held down N and it DID get rid of the " waiting for key map " 

I tried holding it down again and uhm.. well My character just got on her back and began masturbating... lol

I used the Save game scrpt cleaner and it worked wonders, thank you a lot <3

As for the CF API error... which version of the mod do you use? fomod or normal one? Also do you run MO or not?

In my case: Tried it with fomod (both from ll and mega (hag thingy)) and normal (from ll) and is using MO. Also tried installing CF (RC12) and jcontainers (3.4) separately (both tried having them overwrite mnc and not including them in the mnc install (only with fomod versions)).

This is with sl 1.6 hotfix 2 and using both a "cleanish" (uninstalled mnc, cf, jcontainers and used save cleaners) save and just upgrading from 8.33 to 9.0. Still haven't tried it on a fresh game (like new game with just sl, mnc and their dependencies). Only permanent way to get rid of the API-thing for me so far has been to use aroused.

 

I'm using MNC 8.5  normal  and I run MO ( but sometimes use NMM when MO doesn't work ( rarely) .
I haven't tried installing RC12 since i saw the problem still persists even with it
but when i first installed MNC 8.5 without RC  it had that API problem and I thought ihad to install the RC framework as well so i separately installed RC 11 then but still came with the same error :P
I am still using SL 1.59 because I am afraid of big changes :P
I am by no means gonna  try a new game because I don't wanna start another char :(  and I'm pretty sure the game will crash when I start a new game due to integrated mods

 


 

That was a clean save/character made specifically for this issue though.

Made a new, clean save/character again. On first game restart and save load I got the API error pop-up.

MNC 9.0 with Hag, and SexLab 1.60 hotfix 2. Made sure everything was functional, registered and re-registered before saving.

If I'm stubborn enough, playing russian roulette with the error is an option, as I can reload the same save until CF is functional again.


I cannot reload the save if this happens neither can i make a new save game
i always have to close the game and then reload and MAYBE it might not appear and i can play normally
but it happens often :/ 3/5 times
also if i manage to save the game via console when the API error appears that new save game becomes corrupt when i try to load it
( so i just delete it afterwards and here we go again :/ )
I dunno what to do :/ and to be honest this .. is my main character , everything was goin' well so far while i was on MNC 8.33
The only two problems i have now are the API one and the animal mansion dialogue glitch "Oh my god, look at that... that's incredible" .


I currently have an issue involving Creature Framework. After installing it, running FNIS, modifying my load order to match this one, I get an error message when I load my game stating "Creature API reference missing." (Either that, or something very similar to that), and I believe this prevents the erections from happening on the creatures. Any suggestions on how to fix it? (I'm tried reinstalling Creature Framework several times already.)


I am running out of ideas to solve the problem. Every log related to that problem I have seen so far contains lines with "Unable to link types associated with ..." and "... the object is flagged as invalid" mentioning CF scripts. Judging from these messages it sounds like a linker problem, but since I didn't develop the Papyrus VM and have no access to its source code, I don't know the exact context which causes these lines to be emitted. That I am not able to reproduce the problem on my system does not help either.

I hoped that the problem is caused by leftovers from older versions and can be solved by doing a clean save, but apparently it is also occuring with new games. The last thing which comes to my mind is that user stepanBo said something about a script limit he thinks he has encountered. Maybe his and your problems are somehow related. @MannySauce: Did you enable all your mods when starting a new game? If yes, could you try again with a minimal selection of mods?

When someone else may have some ideas what is causing these problems, please tell me.

 





 

 

Well i had the same problem with the API thing, seemed randomly. I installed aroused redux and the save game started without error message. Maybe it is a requirement now. Have to see how it works on my next load


So.. We got three people able to solve the API issue by Installing aroused so far. Anyone who installed the damn thing with no effect on the "API missing"?

well I USED to have SL aroused ( not redux) in my modlist ... but that was a loooooooooooong time ago and it didnt pose a problem till now..
I don't really like it because my save is already kinda script heavy and this mod might pretty much go overweight if I install it as well
btw guys I will link the papyrus log I get the next time because I had forgotten to enable papyrus logging till now XD
so I didnt have one :P
@lordescobar666 ty bro for requoting my post , I thought ppl went past our problems for a bit and got worried it won't be solved and that we're just a minority :/

 

I do not like having it installed either, but since it seems like it's either MNC 8.33 and no aroused or MNC 9 and aroused atm (for my install at least): it's a matter of preference and what you got saved on your harddrive (i use redux with pc set to perma -2 arousal in a possibly futile attempt to minimize script impact).

i have over 150 mods installed some script heavy like wet and cold ,campfires, bathing in Skyrim, And sexlab and I run sl aroused redux with no problems, I have some script lag but that is due to the age of the cpu of my computer and I get 20 to 50 fps it depends on if there are a lot of npcs or not on if I have 20 fps or 50 fps

 

 


 
I investigated the "API reference" problem further and can now reproce it: I created a new minimal profile with USKP + skyUI + RaceMenu + Alternate Start + SexLab with Creature Pack + MNC, and got the "API reference not found" message every time i start a new game. The strange thing is that installing any mod (Aroused, ZAZ, Falskaar or SexLabUtils where the ones I tested) on top of that minimal profile caused the problem to go away, at least for a while. I need to restart the game a lot to get the error message again (restarting MO seems to increase the change of getting the error again. Can anyone confirm this?). The more scripts I have installed the more seldom it seems to occurs.
 
My best guess from the evidence so far is that the problem is caused by a rare race-condition when the Papyrus VM builds the type table. CF references the class slautilscr from SexLab Aroused, and when this type is missing, the types defined by CF seem be not correctly created sometimes for some still unknown reason. The higher the number of other types the more seldom the race-condition is triggered.
 
To solve the problem we need to avoid that race-condition, but how to we do it? There seem to be two possible solutions according to my observations: (1) install a lot of script-heavy mods :D, or (2) install SexLab Aroused (Redux). Actually you only need the script folder of SexLab Aroused. So if you don't want to play with SexLab Aroused, just disable the SexLabAroused.esm and you are good to go.

 

The author of MNC talked about it a week later:

Aroused is not and never was a requirement. CF currently has a bug where a racing condition with checking the presence of Aroused MAY cause these issues.

Also you dont have to activate Aroused, only install it.

All other things required to run MNC are included except the prerequisites which still are SL 1.57+ (and ITS requirements) and FNIS Creatures.

As you'll see if you read the "Known issues" section on the Creature Framework page, the problem occurs only when SexLab Aroused is not installed. It doesn't happen for everyone (I haven't been able to reproduce it myself), but it does happen. You can simply install SexLab Aroused/Aroused Redux, but not activate the ESP/ESM for it if you don't want to use it.

Also, I generally encourage everyone to update Creature Framework to the latest version. It's still labelled as a prerelease, but it should be stable.

 

 

TL;DR the 'fix' is to install Sexlab Aroused Redux (don't need to activate it)

 

PAPYRUS LOG

 

 

FIRST THINGS FIRST, CHECK YOUR PAPYRUS DEBUG LOG!

As a script heavy mod, many of SexLab's most common errors are printed out in this log file and SexLab attempts to print out errors to the log in a descriptive manner to explain why it will not start an animation.

 

The debug log is disabled by default, in order to enable it, open your Skyrim.ini file, located in /My Documents/My Games/Skyrim/ (MOD ORGANIZER USERS: When using MO, you should use the built in INI Editor option instead of manually editing this file directly.)

 

Add/edit the following to this file:

[Papyrus]

bEnableLogging=1
bEnableTrace=1
bLoadDebugInformation=1
 
If the any of the above lines do not exist, add it. If it already exists, modify the matching line to reflect the above settings. All of the settings should be under the [Papyrus] header, and below no other.
 
Save your changes to Skyrim.ini and load your your game, quickly attempt to replicate the issue you have with SexLab, and quit the game.
 
Your debug log files will now be located in the folder My Documents/My Games/Skyrim/Logs/Script/, the file Papyrus.0.log will always contain the log for the LAST time you opened Skyrim.
 

If this log file is massive from just a short play session, as in greater than 5 Megabytes, than you have a serious problem with your Skyrim install that you should be looking to fix before anything else, look at any overly repeated lines for hints of what mod could be causing the line to repeat over and over again.

 

For sexlab issues, do a find/search for the words "ssl" or "SexLab" to find errors related to it.

 

Looking over this log file for SexLab related issues, or issues related to your Skyrim's install in general, should in most cases lead you in the right direction for fixing your issue.

The sexlab aroused Redux glitch it's over it stopped repeaeting it self over and over and over after the amazing tool you provided me to clean my skyrim. <3 it found 5,000 orphan scripts @.@ ... so many reasons to crash.

now it's clean and working smoothly with my PlayerSuccubusQuest mod x3

Sidenote: the complete black textures usually happen at random times, I suppose when the cell has a lot of Scripts that occur at once in a cell and so the skins get messed up, that's what I've came up in conclution with. 
 
Anddd, that's the Grayface bug. So, getting rid of the hairs should fix it? and/or do i need to reinstall my Succubus race + Install the CBBE Bodyslide preset ? @.@

black face is usually 4k textures being swapped out for lesser outfits, etc. at least in my experience. you're overloading your graphics card, cpu, memory, or whatever random memory block bethesda made skyrim deal with.

 

since you're being hit with so many weird face bugs, go with the Immersive Wenches 1.5.1 -Vanilla Hairs Version file instead. you simply MUST begin to start troubleshooting the cause of this problem, so we can eliminate one potential cause and move on to other hypothetical solutions.

Sent my papyrus logs in Inbox, as for the hair i tried uninstalling some and it caused an ever bigger glitch since some other mods are based off other hair mods (Besides immersive wenches) so i'm going to take the hair mods off one by one, i already took off some that i know by a fact that aren't being used at all

I just followed the entire guide on how to clean with scalpel and after trying to run the new save made by scalpel, i attempted to manually save once again, it... crashed....again :C

well, when that happens for me i go back to the drawing board. Bethesda's games have always been buggy pieces of shit, so i'm kinda desensitized to hitting that 'new game' button. I hate having to do it, but sometimes there's no other choice, especially when screwing around with alot of loverslab mods (which have alot of scripts)

 

I've gotten to the point where it's streamlined: i have a sheet of paper with a list of all the MCM changes i make when starting a new character, i also have a short list of the things i need to do with inventory (price/wt enabled), with console commands (for critical hits recalculated mod), with character custom presets (i use khinara jade but customize it a wee bit then export that into a preset i can then load)

 

Basically, i've found the majority of my problems when some vanilla script is active and some custom mod activates a script right on top of me and things just go out of control  (like dealing with the talking dog Barbas, and prisonoverhaul suddenly teleports bounty hunters in to woop my ass)...i just gotta restart the damned game because of this - removing bounty hunters from MCM - and starting all over again....slowly eliminating the game breaking conflicts as i go.

 

it's pretty damned annoying that i haven't been able to 'play' skyrim for 2 months after reinstalling it. lol

I know and feel the pain.. I mean I'm kinda happy... Kinda, I only did one major questline which was the thief guild and some minor advances in the mages college... 

Sigh.

I mean it was meant to happen, I guess? There were just too many glitches happening and i was teasing my luck like no tomorrow.

 

I'm thinking of saving my character pressets and transfering her onto a whole new "world " 

It annoys me but.. I mean, I guess that's how skyrim modding it's like x'D

 

 

Sigh, I hope the mannequins dont transfer to the other files.

As a matter of fact; know any good mood for mannequins? my armors can't be displayed with the vanilla ones

never gotten far enough ingame to even know mannequins exist so i'm no help there. lol

 

btw, my personal tactic for starting a new game, because i'm OCD, is to delete all savegames so i get 001 save again.  But, yeah, definitely save your racemenu presets

so , delete all saves from IN-GAME or delete the saves folder ?

 

Also got rid of all hair mods, the neck and face are still different color, rest in pepperonis T_T

900? ermagurd! probably try saves folder deletion to save you from carpel tunnel syndrome. still, i would recommend loading old saves to get presets...would be a shame to lose all of that...and i'm not sure what will happen to your errr...what was that mod that lets you meet old characters?

 

well, at least we eliminated the hair as being the cause of this bug. what i would suggest, since you use alternative start, is to find which scenario for a new character will get you to an NPC with the bug as fast as possible. that way when you start uninstalling mods to see which one is the culprit, you can quickly test.

since you don't use bashed patches (or dual sheath redux or other things requiring finalization routines) it should be relatively painless to order your mods based on installation date and start snipping till you find the guilty party

if i was you i'd be that ruthless, since i'm assuming it's a hugely immersion deal breaker

you COULD use mod organiser's 'conflicts' tab in each mod's 'information' screen to see if there's anything about facial files conflicting...i'd go from last installed to first looking for potentials...hopefully that'll cut down your testing to a minimum.

Trying out my new game from lvl 0 and all, it seems to have EVERYTHING work correctly, Sigh I hate to remake my entire game, Thinking about it i think i might just install ALL the mods i want before i actually begin to play because, fuck this was such a bothersome.

ugh. the funny thing is, every playthrough i try seems to give slightly different problems...like right now i eat bread or drink wine and the RND animation for consumption doesn't play, and my RND thirst/hunger doesn't drop.  Or i'm starting to see random pet dogs in Riverwood where i swear i didn't say ANY except Barbas last time....and the starting vanilla scenario had some really strange bugs (invisible NPCs like that horse thief)

 

i'm trying to figure out how to start my game via the ~ COC CTEST console command, and then back again to the alternative start area...because i swear things were loading alot more content in the test areas than not.

i noticed the same, for example i'm in the middle of fetching sofia from the horse stables 

so i'm barely anything into the game but while I was at riverwood I walked into sleeping giant inn, for some reason some furniture seem to be overlayed ontop of each other? 

For instance one of the guests room had ANOTHER  bed ontop of a dresser.. And both were functional so.. Wtf Indeed.

 

Also I had a similar issue with the horse thief, except mine died in the mere begining of the game ( I Picked Vanilla Starting with Mara's statue). My solution was turning off Frostfall until I found my self in a better settlement and it seemed to work just fine. but i still had ANOTHER glitch, My body was facing to the carriage instead to the soldiers as they passed the list.

So... Don't know really lol

 

Also do you have any mod that enables Lactating and decreasing bust size? lol my Deadlydrain + Bodyslider is working fine but Since my body proportions are already voluptuous, each time I drain my breasts have turned into... hentai size xD

 

Ah right as a side note; another mod of mine messed up... "Alive Peeing " each new game wouldnt be able to execute the mod correctly; My character would begin peeing out of nowhere and get a box in her inventory " Zaz Pee " or something like that, And it would continue nonstop unless i took off the box or dropped it.

yup. a number of players have said don't turn on frostfall until after the vanilla intro. lol.

 

btw, i researched coc ctest/coqsmoke as a starting point prior to alternative start and everyone says it's a great way to break one's game.

 

i myself shy away from enlarged breasts. be fun, but i know it breaks the game's armors (clipping and all that) which i hate...which is why i never really tested your succubus race much at all. just blech. don't get me wrong i LUV big boobies, just not clipping. yech.

 

oh yeah, well, i shy away from ...what do people call it?  oh right "skat"
