For those not familiar with university class designations in the U.S., a "101" class is the introductory class. For me there is no context for the caption "I'll be sure to laugh at drowning people."

Maybe this helps, the picture in the middle is supposed to show a stick man drowning. That is the head and arms above water, but it looks like "LOL" in lowercase, hence laughing at drowning people. Not sure if you were being serious or not... 🐀
