how do you get random children to stop following player

for some stupid reason Milia from White Run wont stop following the player >< shet she showed up at markoth ><

This is a skyrim problem and should of been posted in the skyrim section and not the LL section that has nothing to do with any game that has it's own area.

 

Open the console and click on her and see if there is any .esm/.esp altering her.

Shoot her (killable children)

This post only applies if using Amorous Adventures:  In that quest, Mila will follow you after your PC talks to Carlotta the first time when getting that AA quest.  Have you talked to Mila?  If so, she should stop following.  You may need to either manually advance the quest, or go to a save prior to getting the quest and try again.

 

Again, only applies if using AA.
