Paradox_of_Theseus Posted July 15, 2016 Posted July 15, 2016 I've attached a copy of a screenshot, but my game now gets unplayable when heavy rain begins to fall. The rain drops get super streaky and you can not make anything out. Its really annoying and I'm not quite sure how to fix it (or what caused it in the first place). Any suggestions?
PsychoMachina Posted July 15, 2016 Posted July 15, 2016 Are you using a weather mod? Mod that 'fixes' or 'improves' rain? ENB? Some presets, like Kountervibe, has raindrop effects that look like the rain is hitting your screen.
Paradox_of_Theseus Posted July 16, 2016 Author Posted July 16, 2016 uninstall your enb and see if there is a difference I've pretty much always used this ENB, so I've never uninstalled it. I found this tool, would this do the trick? http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/7804/?
PervyPotter Posted July 16, 2016 Posted July 16, 2016 That tool is pretty good at removing enb/sweetfx files etc. very handy for backing up things too if you want to give a different enb a try.
Veladarius Posted July 16, 2016 Posted July 16, 2016 Open the ENB console, go to the 'Rain' settings and disable the Antialiasing.
Paradox_of_Theseus Posted July 17, 2016 Author Posted July 17, 2016 Open the ENB console, go to the 'Rain' settings and disable the Antialiasing. Ohhhh awesome. I *think* this fixed it. The rain is definitely visible now. Thanks for the fix. =)
