I do think its not possible but could you find a way to set rule names yourself in-game? I dont know the limitations of the framework of skyrim (like showing a text input ´dialog). Im aware its probably possible to manually set the names by editing the configs and such with a text editor 100% possible to rename rules. Just click on the name and type the new one. Be aware you need the latest version of SkyUI (5.1) in the config file the rule names are visible, and you can change them here, if you like.
endersgame Posted January 5, 2017 Posted January 5, 2017 Really liking the mod - it does so many things that I was able to make a lot of new room in my load order. =) Two questions: 1 - is there a way to do custom/player-entered dialogues? 2 - is there a way to implement a "pimp" rule for followers - e.g. player ask npc for sex, then npc have sex with a follower? 1. Only using CK. 2. Yes, just set the player as Source or Target, then set Ask for sex, and set the player also as "Not participating", the "Follower" should be set as collaborator. Hm... For #2, I was able to get a npc to have sex with the follower, but the animation only play for a split second and both npcs go back to their normal AI.

I clicked everywhere pretty much and i couldnt type in anything anywhere. I did check my SkyUI version and it says 5.1 on the short splash screen you see when you click on it in the MCM. By the way it says i have MCM version 4. Is that vastly outdated?

I was so engrossed in playing with 1.4b over Christmas, I didn't clean the save on removing 1.4b. I started to notice dialogue from deleted rules reappear at random during play. I decided to start a complete new game with the installed 1.4c and so far I have seen no errors with SSX.

EniracY Posted January 7, 2017 Posted January 7, 2017 So I've managed to make my bard rule work, I think I had the wrong faction chosen (turns out there's more than one?). However when I set the required arousal level to start to source it doesn't trigger, but when set to target it does. Hope that makes sense. In any case I like this rule and my other rule which is essentially SexLab Approach so I'll put them in the sharing thread unless you'd like them here. I tried to make a rule where if an innkeeper catches you in his inn between midnight and 8am he'll/she'll usually demand sex but I couldn't get it to trigger. Baby steps eh? I tried inclusive and exclusive, and filtered just by Habitation and Dwelling (which covers the majority of non-hostile areas), but so long as I have some sort of location type filtering on, the rules doesn't play, even in valid cells. But as soon as I remove the location stuff, the rules play correctly.

I set a condition for their arousal levels to be a certain amount, but the rule still plays even thought the condition was not met. i set it so both the source and collaborator have to be above arousal lvl 50, but the rule plays when only one of them is above 50. Is it a bug or did i misinterpret the condition?

Just for info, there will be 65535 (2^16-1) possible gender preferences... Where the rainbow has really all possible colors...

However if you set orientation to 'I play as straight' and uncheck the 'use sexlab sexuality for npcs', it should limit males as males and females as females, and gender combinations should work as expected. I confirm that today is really problematic to find an animation that uses multiple creatures. SexLab itself does not really provide this type of search. But in next version, I will enable a specific setting where you can define two creature races and no humans, and then have to pick the animations (that will be found manually, because there are no search functions from SL in this case.)

I had a rule set up with the target as either player or female npc's. It worked fine, then I changed the bed-use setting to ask if player involved. The rule fired and two NPC's hooked up - and I got a pop-up asking if I wanted to use the bed. Said yes and the two NPC's had sex in the bed (player was not involved in scene). This repeated for two more NPC's, same thing. But when the rule fired and an NPC approached the PC for sex I didn't get any pop-up asking about bed use and the scene proceeded right there on the floor. It might be worth checking the logic on the Ask if Player involved bed use options because I think it's reversed.

I am doing (right now) an update of this mod. Especially to support "horny Dragons" animations (Creature on Creature.) Yes, also in old 1.4 version there were some problems for creatures, but they should be all fixed now.
