Best Landscape, Towns and NPC's Mods?

I am wanting to rebuild my Skyrim from scratch, I have played a lot of Skyrim and know the Landscape well and now want to renew the Landscape and Towns, make it interesting again. I recently looked into Nesbit's 'People of Skyim' Series, I like that he has added a number of new locations and ruins, etc...to be discovered and love the extra's he has added to Towns, but remain wondering what else is out there also? I also love Forests and have been looking at a few Forest Mods, but worry about compatibility and stability in my Game....Suggestions would be very welcome please?

I know some very good texture mods, mainly 4k.
I use these myself, but caution, some there are frequently several, you must then decide which.

These Texture choices are beautiful, thank you ...But what I'm actually looking for are Object and NPC additions to the Game...like Tree's, Flora, Buildings, Structures, People, etc...

The first things you should have are CFix, SKSE and SkyUI.

 

Next after that would be this stuff.  Objects and people should be WAY down the list. As tedious as it is, you should be installing these and then taking a tour of various spots, especially jarl's bridge in whiterun and the solitude docks.

27X...Yes, is what I would like to do as the first step for the bigger installs ...am currently trying to find landscape enhancers with good Post feedbacks. first and foremost...Also currently redownloading my Game, I think Gameplayer was right that I had latent Scripts from long ago deleted Mods still in my Game that came across with my last re-install, corrupting my Game, I saw mentions of Mods I haven't used in a year in my Papyrus Logs, Game seemed to be looking for them...So have been through every File I can find on my PC, checking for any references I can find to Skyrim and deleting them, hoping and praying I found them all, so this is truly a clean Game.

 

I do always install SKSE and SkyUI first as a given...Will have another look at Cfix, I couldn't get it working for me last time

 

After those I will be starting with Vivid Weather, an ENB and the body Mods, the Weapons and Armor....then take it real slow from there.
