Harlekin Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 Hey, first of all i like it that Fallout4 have a triangle between thin, thick and muscular - thats really nice and can give more differences between bodys like Skyrim. ive installed Cbbe right now and also Bodyslide.. and i noticed that there is only one body file.. i think its a middle-thing between all theese three max-weights - and that is fully okay. I think that Fallout is moving or scaling bones by moving the Slider. but can someone tell me, how i change the max-weights? xD because if you create an body-type with big boobs.. all have them.. thats not the way i like to play. ^^ ill hope someone can understand my word-salad and can help me with that.^^ have a nice Day.
darkconsole Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 ATM, you don't. FO4 hasn't been modded that hard yet. you'd have to dig into creationkit yourself pretty deep as it is now.
Guest Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 FO4 body meshes use the so called "Body morphs". You have a single body mesh, but the "points" will be moved according to a couple of values (this displacement of the points is the body morph.) You have a triangle, but it is actually defined by only two values. The third one is calculated based on the other two. Now, having a set of body morphs that will allow you to switch between a "fully curved CBBE" against a "slim UNP" against a "<insert here your favorite>" is something everybody wants. but right now not possible to achieve. Keep in mind that the body morphs have a complex logic inside, so you cannot really have two or more different meshes. So not too much deformity between bodies, also if somebody will fully reverse engineer the body morphs.

ousnius Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 If you don't want everyone to have the body shape your player character uses, you will have to use a Unique Player mod. Bear in mind that one of them has a bug with 1st person body/hand meshes or textures, because they weren't redirected to the unique folder. Then, reset the weight triangle of your player character to the very center and make all your changes in BodySlide for your unique body instead.
